Full Plate recipes help you lose weight because they’re both slimming and filling.

The more fiber a recipe contains the better it is for losing weight and filling you up.

We categorize our recipes 3 ways, good, better, best.

  • GOOD recipes contain an above average amount of fiber
  • BETTER recipes contain a higher amount of fiber
  • BEST recipes contain the highest amount of fiber

Nutella Strawberry Parfait [Good Choice]

If you’re a Nutella fan (or a chocolate lover in general), you’ll love this decadent dessert. I’m particularly fond of the fresh strawberries. But if you can’t find good tasting ones this time of year, feel free to replace them with any other fruit. Bananas or pears would both work well here.

Slimming tip: Consider using low fat whipped cream to make this a truly slimming dessert. You can cut the fat in half!

Mediterranean Salmon and Vegetable Quinoa [Better Choice]

Flavor and seasonings are key to making healthy food palatable. Earthy spices, roasted lemons and fresh veggies make this dish stand out as a mouthwatering delicacy…a far cry from the boring dinner most envision when they think “health”.

Slimming tip: Remember the salmon has no fiber, but a lot of fat, so stick to the serving size – the size of a checkbook.

Warm Cauliflower Chickpea Salad [Best Choice]

We were recently at a restaurant in California that served warm cauliflower as a first course. Words cannot describe how amazing it was. And. So. Filling. I had to share a similar recipe as soon as possible. Hope you agree!
